The Peter Ward Memorial Midwinter Walk, RBS International and the walk organisers do not accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to participants or their property incurred during participation in this event.

By entering the walk, you agree that photographs may be taken of participants in the walk, both during the walk and at the presentation evening / Annual General Meeting, which may be used in future publicity for both the The Peter Ward Memorial Midwinter Walk Charity or for the charities which we support (Jersey Hospice Care and / or The Motor Neurone Disease Association). Photos may also be published on the walk websites (http//:www.jerseychristmaswalk.com and http//:www.midwinterwalk.com) and may be downloaded by any user of the sites. You hereby assign your rights in relation to these photos to The Peter Ward Memorial Midwinter Walk Charity and the organisers of the walk, who may use them as described above.
